- PP貼り、プレスコート等、後加工する印刷物に好適です。
- 親水性パウダーは後加工材との密着性に優れ、美しくなめらかな光沢を保持できます。
- 流動性を備え、印刷紙面上に均一に散布されます。
- 片面機、両面機及び水無し印刷機にも同等の効果を発揮します。
- 純植物性澱粉を使用している為、人体・環境に配慮したパウダーです。
- 強親水性Nシリーズは食品包装用印刷に使用可能です。
■ 新製品Nシリーズのご紹介
- 従来品に比べ印刷機械への付着が軽減され、付着物の剥離性が向上したためクリーニングが容易です。
- 親水度が向上したためブランケット洗浄回数が減り、連続稼働時間が長くなります。
- 裏移り防止効果、後加工性などの特性は従来品と同じです。
- 飛散が抑えられるため、作業環境がきれいになります。
- プラスチック部への付着がなくなります。
- 平均粒子径が16～36μの5種類を準備していますので薄紙から厚紙まで各種の紙にご使用いただけます。
- 主原料は食品用の澱粉です。添加剤は食品衛生法やFDAのポジティブリストに記載の極めて安全なパウダーです。
- Nシリーズは、均一分散性を従来品に近いものとし、ブランケット汚れも低減するようにしました。
- パウダーの付着やブラン洗浄回数軽減を優先される場合はNシリーズを、パウダーの分散性を優先される場合は従来品をご使用いただくことをお勧めいたします。
■Main Characteristics of the "N Series"
- In comparison to conventional products, the adhesion to printing machines is reduced and cleaning is easy because of improved detachability of deposits.
- The number of blanket cleanings is reduced because of improved hydrophilicity and allows for longer continuous operation.
- Characteristics such as anti-offset effects and ability to post-process are the same as conventional products.
- There is less scattering of powder and the work environment will be clean.
- It does not stick to the plastic part.
- Average particle diameter is 16 ~ 36μ. Available for a broad range of thin paper to cardboard.
- The main raw material is edible starch. It complies with the Food Sanitation Law and the FDA of the United States.
- The N series, uniform dispersion was made to be close to the conventional product and blanket soiling has also been reduced.
- When prioritizing the reduction of powder adhesion or the number of blanket cleaning times, use the N series. When prioritizing the dispersion of powder, we recommend using the conventional product.
